REGISTRATION CLOSING TIMES

Registrations close online at 12PM on Saturday 26th August but will remain open in person until 5PM at the Event Expo.

How do I access my e-ticket?
Simply click here to log into your participant account with the email address and password that was chosen when registering.
To view your registration, please click on the calendar icon and select the ‘my registrations’ option.

Can I make changes to my registration?
The ability to make changes to your registration is now available through your Tik Tok account, Please click here to log into your account.

How to process race transfers:
1. Log into your account via http://secure.tiktok.biz/
2. Click on the calendar icon on the left hand side (my registrations)
3. Click on the green details icon on the right.
4. Go to ‘make changes’ and click on ‘change event option’
5. Click ‘transfer to someone else’ and fill in the application.

Please note, if you have selected and paid for the postal pack option, any race changes will need to be processed at the help desk at the Event Expo.

How to upgrade or downgrade a registration:
1. Log into your account via http://secure.tiktok.biz/
2. Click on the calendar icon on the left hand side (my registrations)
3. Click on the green details icon on the right.
4. Go to ‘make changes’ and click on ‘change event option’
5. Select the race and wave you would like to enter
6. Complete the payment option (upgrade only)

Please note, if you have selected and paid for the postal pack option, any race changes will result in a new e-ticket being issued and you will need to collect the new race bib from the Event Expo.

How do I register?
To register, either click on the Register Now menu item located on the Navigation Bar

What if I can’t find my e-ticket?
When you register you will receive a confirmation email which has the link to your e-ticket enclosed.
Alternatively, please visit http://secure.tiktok.biz/ and log in with the email address and password that was used during your registration.

What do I get as part of my registration?

  • Race Bib
  • Event Information
  • Clothing Bag
  • Event shirt (for Marathon and Half Marathon participants only)

When and how do I collect my Race Bib?
Print your E-Ticket and take it with you to the Event Expo at Forrest Place, Perth CBD on Friday 25th August, 8:00am to 8:00pm or on Saturday 26th August 8:00am – 5:00pm

Do children have to register?
For safety and insurance reasons, all children must be registered in order to participate in the event.

Can I get a refund?
As stated and agreed to in the Terms and Conditions, No refunds will be given under any circumstance. All registration fees go to the Activ Foundation helping Western Australians with a disability live a better life.
You can, however, transfer your registration to another person. This option will be available in the coming months.

What road closures are in place?
There are major road closures in the Perth CBD and western suburbs. An interactive map which outlines roads closed, alternative routes and course crossings will be available closer to the event.

Do I need to wear a race bib?

Yes. All participants must wear their race bib to participate in the Chevron City to Surf for Activ.

Is the event timed?
Yes, the event is timed. Your timing tag is on your race bib and activates as soon as you cross the start line and records your time as soon as you cross the finish line.

When can I see my results?
Results of the Chevron City to Surf for Activ will be available on the Monday after the event on PerthNow.com.au

What do I bring on event day?

  • Race Bib
  • Appropriate Running/Walking Attire
  • Clothing Bag (Only Marathon and Half Marathon participants have the clothing service on event day)

 

How do I add postage to my registration?
Postage can be added to your entry fees at the time of registration, or alternatively post transaction you can log into your registration and add it later. Close off dates for postal packs apply.

When can I expect to receive my race pack?
If you purchased the postal pack option, you can expect to receive your pack between 21-25th August. If you have not received your race pack by this date please contact us on info@perthcitytosurf.com.au

When does the postal option close?
The option to have your race bib posted to you closed 11:59pm 26 June 2017 for the Albany, Geraldton, Karratha and Busselton events and 31 July 2017 for the Perth event.

What is included in my postal pack?
Your race bib with timing tag attached,important event information, clothing bag will be included in your postal pack.
Half Marathon and Marathon will have their official finisher t-shirts included as well.

Where is the Event Expo held and what time is it open?
The Event Expo will be held at Forrest Place (next to Myer Building) in Perth CBD.
The Collection Point will be open on Friday 25th August, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday 26th August, 7.30am to 7.30pm

What if I cannot make it to the Event Expo and it is past the postal deadline?
If you are unable to make it to the Event Expo, a family member or friend can collect your race bib for you as long as they have a copy of your e-ticket.

If I am a captain of a team can I collect all my race packs together?
With team captains, you need to have a copy of each team member’s e-ticket and line up in the respective race bib lines. Team race bibs are not collated together.

How do I create and enter a team?
To create your team, follow these easy steps below:
– Click on the Registration link and select your distance
– Select ‘Create a Team’
– Fill in your Team Captain Details and Team Details and click Create
– You will then be directed to your team page where you can send a direct link to your team, invite people, view who has registered etc

To enter a team, click the Registration link, select your distance and then select Join a Team or alternatively click on the direct team link that is sent from your Team Captain.

What are the payment options for teams?
Team captains can choose which payment option they would like when first creating their team:

  • Payment by Participant: each participant pays for their own registration once completing the registration form
  • Payment by Team Captain: where the team captain makes payment for all team registrations. Participants become ‘queued entrants’ until payment has been made. Once payment is received, participants become ‘accepted registrants’ and receive their confirmation email.

Team payments must be made by Friday 25th August 2017

Can team members participate in different distances?
Yes. Team members can participate in different distances and still be a part of their team.

What is the cut off for team registrations?
The cut off for team registration and payments is Friday 25th August 2017.
