Bib Collection FAQs

What is an e-ticket?

The e-ticket is an electronic ticket that you will need to collect your bib from the Bib Collection. It would have been emailed to you confirming your registration in the event and includes a QR Code.

Can I collect my bib on event day?

Bibs and timing chips cannot be collected on event day, so please ensure you have collected them beforehand.

I cannot attend the Bib Collection, what can I do?

If you’re unable to attend the Bib Collection you are welcome to send a family or friend on your behalf. Simply ensure they have your e-ticket with them on the day. If they do not have your e-ticket, they will be unable to collect your pack.

Alternatively, you can opt to have your pack posted to you. Postage will close on Sunday 14th July 2024 for Perth and Sunday 16th June 2024 for Karratha. It is not possible to have your bib posted after these times.
