Detour and Resident Access
- Please note, access in and out of impacted properties will be possible throughout the road closure period, but this will only be possible by accessing Bayview Road/Mystery Road via Maitland Road and traveling westbound only.
- Businesses and residents located on the northern side of Bayview Road will have access in and out of their properties throughout the road closure period but will be traffic managed as they will be crossing the event route. Access in/out will only be possible by traveling westbound only on Bayview Road.
- A speed reduction will be in place along Bayview Road for safety purposes, please take extra care and plan ahead as delays may occur.
- Traffic management will be positioned at the road closure locations and detours will be in place to guide motorists around the area during the events. Please note, there may be parking restrictions in place along the road closure routes. Activ Foundation respectfully requests cooperation in the efficient management on the day and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
- Noise Notification: Please note, a public address system and music will be utilised on Searipple/KEC Oval during the event, from approximately 7am to 11:30am.
