Activ Foundation has been providing services for West Aussies living with disability for more than 70 years. We have hubs around the state specialising in Accommodation, Community, Training, Behaviour Support, Employment, NDIS Planning and more.
In a nutshell, we imagine a world where people living with disability have the same opportunities as everyone else. To live a life of their choice, in their community.
Our services are designed to help our customers, their families, and carers to Live, Learn, and Work with confidence.
As a not-for-profit, we rely heavily on funds raised at Chevron City to Surf for Activ. Funds that allow us to research, co-design, and deliver the latest services and supports for people living with disability throughout their life stages.
