Who We Are
Established in 1951, Activ was formed by a group of families who wanted more for their children who lived with disability and had become marginalised by society. This fundamental belief in people is what still drives us today.
We focus on enabling and supporting people with disability in their transition towards independence. We believe independence is the freedom to make choices about your own life and taking responsibility for those decisions.
We imagine a world where people living with disability have the same opportunities as everyone else. To live a life of their choice, in their community.
As WA's largest registered NDIS provider, Activ supports more than 1,400 individuals and their families across Western Australia. We offer many services throughout the state, including:
