It is also a way to grow networks and stay connected, while opening doors to collaboration and demonstrating real impact. ✔ Choose the number of Corporate Pay Now Gift Vouchers you would like to purchase for your team members (Adult 4km, Child 4km, Adult 12km or Child 12km)

✔ Click Continue, enter your payment details, and submit your order. Your Corporate Pay Now Gift Vouchers will be sent to your email.

✔ Share the gift vouchers with your friends, family, or coworkers so they can use them to register.

Note: Purchasing Corporate Pay Now Gift Vouchers does not automatically register you for the event. Please make sure to use your vouchers to complete your registration.

Register and Create Your Team

✔ Proceed through the registration form until you reach the Team section.

✔ Select Create a New Team. Enter your Team Name.

✔ Tick the box to confirm you understand that the Team Captain can view certain registration details of team members.

✔ Once you’re done, share your Team Name and Team Category with your group so they can join your team when they register.

HOW TO JOIN YOUR TEAM

✔ Go to our registration page, start your event registration as normal.

✔ Proceed through the registration form until you reach the Teams section.

✔ Select ‘Yes, add to another existing team’. In the ‘Team category’, select either general team or team package.

✔ Then you will be able to search for the team you want to join.

✔ Finally tick the box acknowledging the team captain will have access to certain details of your registration.

How many people can be on a team?

There is no limit on the size of teams!

How do I register a team?

You can either purchase one of our Team Packages that come with exclusive benefits or you can simply create a team during your registration.

How do I share the Gift vouchers I purchased with my corporate colleagues?

If you purchase our Corporate Pay Now Gift vouchers, you will be sent an email with a promo code. You need to share that code with your team and they will need to register themselves.

Please note: A Corporate Pay Now Gift voucher is not an entry into the event. The team member will need to use it to correctly register themselves while selecting the distance the code is linked to.

I am the Team Captain, can I collect everyone’s bibs on their behalf?

Yes! One person can collect on behalf of the team. Please ensure you have everyone’s QR codes or confirmation numbers and visit the Team Collection desk at Bib Collection to be assisted.

Can team members participate in different distances?

Team members can participate in different distances. However, they will still need to abide by their selected start wave and time.

Members of our team are in different start groups, can we all start together?

Sorry but you cannot all start together. All participants need to start in their assigned wave.

Can someone be added to our team if they have already registered?

The Chevron City to Surf for genU team can add participants to a team for you. Please email hello@perthcitytosurf.com.au with the name of the person you would like to add to your team as well as the team’s name.

Are there hospitality packages available?

We will have Hospitality Package options available shortly.

We are here to help put the ‘fun’ in fundraising. There are Fundraising Guides and Resources on this page and under the Fundraise tab.
