Bib & Event Shirt Collection Information
Location: Hackett Hall located in the WA Museum Boola Bardip
Friday 28 August: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday 29 August: 8.00am – 6.00pm

Can’t make it to bib collection?
You are welcome to have somebody collect your bib and tee for you at Bib Collection, they will just need a copy of your e-ticket.
Please note, you cannot collect your bib on event day, so make sure you organise an alternative!
Clothing Service Drop Off
Participants can drop their required post-run/walk/roll clothing to the Clothing Service area at the Bib Collection. A clothing bag will be provided to you at the time of drop off and must be used. No other bags will be accepted. You will be able to collect your clothing bag from the finish precinct on event day.
Clothing Service is $5 per participant and pre-booking is highly encouraged due to limited capacity.
There is NO Clothing Service/Bag Drop available on event day.
The Nitty Gritty
Bibs are compulsory to wear on event day. You will not be permitted to participate without it. Your bib displays your personalised number, which is linked to your details, including medical information and emergency contact details.

Where and when is Bib Collection?
The Bib Collection location is at Hackett Hall located in the WA Museum Boola Bardip.

Bring a copy of your e-ticker with QR code to show event staff at race bib collection.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, a friend or family member can attend on your behalf, they will require a copy of your e-ticket to collect.
Can someone else pick up my bib and event shirt for me?
A friend or family member can pick up your bib and event shirt on your behalf if you can’t make it to bib collection. They will need to bring:
A copy of your e-ticket/registration confirmation (the email you received when you registered).
Is postage available?
The postage registration deadline has closed, all participants will need to collect their event bib and shirt from Bib Collection on Friday 28 August or Saturday 29 August.
Can I change my Bib Collection day?
Please feel free to attend Bib Collection on either the Friday or Saturday. No changes are required for this.
Can I collect race bib’s and packs for all members of my team?
Yes! One person can collect on behalf of yourself/a team. Please ensure that they have yours/everyone’s confirmation numbers to do so.
What happens if I have lost my race bib?
If you have lost or damaged your race bib or timing chip you will need to attend Bib Collection and visit us at the Help Desk to receive a replacement.
