Roads impacted on event day

Please see table below outlining the road closures that The Chevron City to Surf for genU will be taking place in Perth on Sunday 30 August 2026. Local and main roads will be impacted during the event period to ensure the safety of our participants, volunteers, and spectators.

The road closures will ensure the smooth operation of the event, local resident detours and access, as well as the efficient operation of the free transport service available to all participants, spectators and volunteers involved in the Chevron City to Surf for genU.

Traffic management will be positioned at the road closure locations to safely manage traffic around the area. Please note, there may be parking restrictions in place along the road closure routes and infringements and towing may apply.

Managed Intersections

The following intersections can be used to cross the event course, only for the times outlined below. After the closure is in place, no traffic will be permitted through the intersection until the last participant has crossed this point.
